Mo Zhan is a San Francisco realistic painting artist who specializes in a

variety of subjects from landscape and portrait to still life and floral.  Her

latest flower series was inspired by her love of nature and cultural background. Her Flower series was exhibited at Mission Culture Center in San Francisco in 2018. Mo believes art can bring a particular emotion and mood, so she attempts to use her flower paintings to convey the message of the love and happiness that only flowers can spread.

 

 

Mo was born in Northeast China and immigrated to the US in 2006. She

attended Academy of Art University in San Francisco where she obtained her BFA in Fine Art, Painting. In 2016 and 2017, Mo’s still life drawings and oil paintings were selected to exhibit at Academy of Art University’s Spring Show, which is an annual exhibition to showcase the top art students’ works.
